I was on the $50 a month plan I try and got suspended I was on my way in to buy $20 put in my account because I had 35 as a balance by the time I got set my home to the store my phone hit reset itself and put a plan on of $35 I now have no service no data and have 1.5 gigs of data when I should have 8.5 how can I just add the other $15 to get the rest of my data
