which area you are at??
PM had system problem yesterday but got it fixed noem. But you can try changing network mode to 3G, should help for now

Existing costumer, did all that and then submitted a ticket yesterday. I did not hear back and the service is most of the time off. I can not do or receive any calls, messenging is verry spotty. Hubby and kids have the same problem. It seems to work in town but not out on the acreage.

new customer or existing?? what have you don't so far?? Reboot the phone?? test sim in another phone? Reset all networks?? Tell us more

no @Oll , This is a topic from years ago you have a different problem from everyone else
Maybe you need PM to help. open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
