I try to activate my sim  from last 3 days & it is giving me message invalid sim. How do I return SIM to public mobile & get new one as replacement?

If you can't activate it you can try contacting moderators https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 they may be able to help or to arrange exchange

You can also try calling your local Walmart and see if they offer free sim with in-store activation (you can use your friend's referral in store as well)

Hi @mehulspandya ,

 

After waiting an hour after your last attempt, you can try to activate the account/SIM by opening a window in incognito mode. Strange, this works on finicky things sometimes.

Frist of all, clear your browsers cache and then close your browser. Try again in new browser window.  If it still doesn't work, that means that the sim card has bene used before.
