I don't get it - there nothing there about changing my user name/ID. What am I missing????

It still does not work - I have only 2 more emails that I can use as "new" emails. I have tried both and I get reject flags on both. The gmail.com address says "Please enter a valid email address" and my other email is a shaw email and the reject flag says "policy violation".

it should work.  Or It could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

That all sounds good - too bad it doesn't work! According to the email received the change was made, however, the new email could not be used to login, and so I tried the old email, which was supposedly changed, and it still works. GO FIGURE!

For My Account Self-serve, your username/id is the email address.   So, to change Self Serve User id means changing the email address.   Login My Account, go to Profile, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email address used.  Or you can do the same using PM app, go to Account, and click Mange Login (Secured by EverSafe)

But if you think changing the Community username (for you, it is Klipp), there is no self changing.  You need to ask PM agent to help.  From what we know, they usually won't help unless the username is offensive or exposed some personal info.    But last one got that change was @Socrates8567 , and maybe Socrates8567 can share how to get PM agent to agree to have that changed.
