Hi, I order a new SIM card by mail, after I received it I try to activate it. In the process it shows " Enter a valid SIM card number " even I do enter a correct number. I did several attempts it's just not working. Pls help.

Start a live chat for them to check your sim card. It may have been previously activated by mistake (typo) , a dud or faulty. Do you have a local retailer you can purchase a new sim card from? Save the reciept and you will get a credit from the moderators.

I did all of the above few times as well as re-set my phone. It's the same message poops up every time I fully enter my SIM card number...

Did it show that message the very first time you entered the sim #?
