I'm having a similar issue trying to keep my Koodo number. Support page keeps rerouting and I can't get ahold of anyone. I've already paid for my new plan and my old one ends tomorrow.

I learned that I need to activate a new number before I can transfer my old one, so I've done that. It seems that the page I need to get to gets either rerouted or frozen. Where can I contact the porting support team?
