I have tried in multiple times, on multiple accounts to process my (TD) debit visa, to no avail. I have used multiple browsers, incognito and the app. Nothing has worked. This is definitely a PM issue, as I called the financial institute multiple times thinking it was the card. Please fix this!

you are not the only one with problem updating card on the system. General suggestion here is not to push it. Wait a week and try again
and if you need to pay to resume service or you cannot wait a week as renewal coming up, buy a voucher from stores and pay by voucher for this month first
