Hello;
I have registred with public mobile on Oct 11th, I have received text message on Nov 7th to remind the payment, I am not registred on the automatic payment and I didn't pay the bill but on the 10 th November i have received a text message saying that the payment has been done!( the massage in french : "Ici public Mobile. Nous vous remercions de votre paiement. Votre forfait a été renouvelé. Maintenant, nous pouvons continuer le dialogue.")
please tell me How my bill has been paid?

On Oct 11, you added 6 times $10 topup vouchers = $60. $30 was used to pay for the first 30 days cycle fee for your $30 plan with $30 available fund on your account.
On Nov 11, your $30 available fund was used to pay for the renewal.
You need to add $30 topup voucher at least couple of days before your next renewal date Dec 11.

@adirf I agree with @ShawnC13, I'm not sure what the problem is? What are you asking, specifically? It looks like everything worked correctly as it should have and your plan renewed. Are you able to use your data?

@adirf, did you have money in your available funds that would have covered a month's worth of service? Our did you sign up when there was a promo for second a month free?
ETA it looks like you originally had $60 in vouchers in your account. When you setup your account did you load it with vouchers?
