I need assistance with recovering my original account. I accidentally activated a new SIM card apparently with a new phone number entirely. I don't have any access to the portal for my original account, as I had thought I was using my main email as the username or it wasn't typed in correctly when it was originally activated when I bought the original SIM at the kiosk.
Either way, I need to recover the account so that I can get the number I had been using back.

You would need to send a private message to moderator_team with your phone number. And the pin number. Or as many details as possible re the account.
