I reset my network settings and it now works. Thanks for the suggestions.

@Butterfly   Did you try to put your PM SIM in another phone to see if it work?

Did you check if your phone is blacklisted as suggested by @computergeek541

If you phone is clean and putting the PM sim in another phone makes no difference, you might want to open ticket with PM support for further investigation:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

I restarted my phone,  changed Sim card,  still nothing.  Started this afternoon.

That wouldn't be a data issue specifically. For some reason, you're not connected to the network.  How long has this been going on for?   I would first restarting your phone (if you haven't arleady) and also going to www.deviceheck.ca to look up your device's IMEI.
