I still cannot login in. It shows forbidden A1. Please help me soon. I need to add more data or change plan for better data for cheaper price . I wanted to change to that $39 subscription plan get 30 GB instead  of paying $45 for 20 GB

I just checked,  turn out I cannot login either :(. Look like unscheduled system maintenance going out. Please try again in an hour

I'm unable to app as my cell phone is not compatible w the app so I always go internet .

try using browser with Incognito mode to login, also try using  PM app if you have not try

if issue persists, please open to ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
