I just signed up and activated with Public and my incoming calls are going straight to my voice mail. I can call out.

My phone number has been reissued I need it to be hooked up to Public Mobile from Virgin. I talked to someone and they were to call back that was days ago please fix my problem so my phone will work.

If you are trying to transfer in a phone number, you'll need to go to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and type "port request".

Did you request a phone number to be transfered in from another carrier? If you did, the porting process probably has not completed and calls are still going to your old service. Do outgoing phone calls work?
