I purchased the 500 booster and it doesn't show up in my account or on my phone....I feel ripped off!!!!

I feel the only reason to purchase a 500 booster is if you are on the 100 minute only plan still. If that's the case, then most likely it's a cache issue. If you are currently on your PC using a browser, go to your browser settings and clear the cache. Then close your browser and restart it. Then try logging in again and it should show the purchase. This forum is known to have cache issues.

just to confirm , you ran out of local calling minutes, right?
possible just browser cache problem, try login My Account again using Incognito mode
and try to use the minutes by rebooting the phone first
