I have $25 on my plan and I’m having trouble getting it activated. It says I need $.75 more added I need to be able to put in my debit visa in order to pay that. How do I do that

Hello @GordFitzpatrick 

First, I hope you get well soon and have a speedy recovery.

Second, since you're in the hospital, I don't see you going for a stroll to pick up a voucher to add to your account as that truly makes zero sense. Vouchers are $10 $20 $25 and upwards. Using your Visa Debit makes more sense since you have it on you. I would recommend making a deposit for $10 from your Debit Visa. However, since it won't allow the $0.75 at this moment, try a second time to add $10. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest clearing the apps data and cache and that may be stopping you. Once you've done that, try logging in and try again.

I don't think the system let you pay $0.75 using the card. There is a minimum charge of $5 or so. You can pay more and it will be a credit 

But, the payment system has issue sometimes, you might want to buy another voucher to top up instead, it is a quicker way

And when renewing, remember that you need to add E911 fees on top of the $25 plan price

I have money on my account via voucher I have $25 however it’s asking me to pay another $.75 when I try to put in my Visa debit numbers. It says it can’t do it at this time. I need my phone working. I’m in the hospital right now and I need my phone working
