@ravendeechan7  Are you trying to activate a public Mobile sim card and transfer your number in from Freedom? If yes, reply and we can help. If you are trying to activate a Freedom SIM then you have come to wrong place.

Ask Freedom Mobile. This is Public Mobile.

Just in case...you need a Public Mobile SIM...not just anybody's.
