Thank you for reaching out to us. 

Unfortunately, an account is deactivated when the account is in suspended or rate plan expired status for 90 days,

Once deactivated:

• The same account cannot be reactivated.
• You must activate a new account with a new phone number.
• Any remaining account balance, minutes or data left in add-on is deleted
