I’m a Canadian and just arrived inthe USA but forgot to purchase roaming. 
how do I purchase add on Roaming

Login to your account on the PM app or website when connected to free wifi then click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email to access your account.

Go to Subscription-Shop Add-on.

If you have the app, use wifi and log in. Then go to add ons and try to buy roaming.

I think you need to log into your account and choose change subscription and then click on Public Mobile (if that's your provider) then you will have different options for US plans to choose from

You need to log into your Public Mobile Account > Subscriptions & Add-Ons > Shop Add-Ons > Select the Add-On that best suits your needs

Use hotel Wifi and login My Account or PM app and buy roaming add-on
