I ordered two sims card, first order was error so I made second order it was also error. You charged me for two sims but I have not received anything!

consider orfering your Public Mobile sim from Amazon...they're about $5 with FAST shipping. When it arrives, message Customer Support to request credit to your account for the charges you already paid. (Refunds take weeks...that's why I recommend asking for credit to your account)
