@saphir - more details would be helpful. Are you talking about your phone services are down, or your access to your only My Account, or what else can you tell us of your issue.
fyi - Check for outages in your area, if you ruled out (edit and account) a device issue:
@saphir , what part of the country are you located? The service is functional in the GTA. Could your problem be due to your account not being paid up? Have you checked the status of your account?
