Public mobile problem

On my iPhone 17 pro max I’m not getting alerts and I use to but this is a carrier problem from public mobile my government alerts section has disappeared from my phone because of these people can anyone tell me why? I looked it up on google and this is what it says

There is NO problem receiving government alerts through Public Mobile service.

I get them all (Android). Check settings on your phone.
