I'm trying to setup a new subscription and transfer number, but I can't get logged in. Every time I try it brings me back to login page. Iv tried changing password it still the same.

are you using PM app?  if not, please download and try using PM app

if you already using PM app and got the problem, uninstall the PM app and clear browser cache of the default browser on your device, then reboot phone and reinstall the PM app and try again
