Can’t process payment. Done everything on my end. Can’t even phone anyone. Website sucks. Community has no answers. Idea is great execution is poor

you can login, can you? what is the account status?
Try using the app, some people has better luck with it. But make sure you give location permisson to the PM app first

Yes. Just tried on web again. Tried Tuesday afternoon aswell and several days before that. I am just swapping over from Telus. Others in my family did just fine

Wait an hour and try again :
1. using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
2. using PM app
if they both do not work, you can get the service back by getting a voucher from Shopper Drugs mart. then load the voucher using *611
