I was wondering what the difference is between Public Points and their reward system? If i sign up for points would i lose my current rewards per month( e.g. the $1 discount per month for friend refers/loyalty/autopay)

The one plus is you can also use points for discounted add ons and if you are a gambler and want to risk a buck or 2 for some pretty nice prizes than you have that option on top of the 15 bill credit, but that is basically the lottery and if you don't use add ons much than discounted ones won't be a big deal, so stick with old faithful lol

@teresaho

The main difference on the old Reward system, you will receive credits each month on your monthly bill.

On the Points system, you will receive 5% in points of your monthly bill. Once you have collected 15 points, you can redeem it for a $15 credit on your bill…so you will need to pay a total of $300 of monthly bill to get $15 off your bill.

The old Rewards system is better IMO.

@teresaho   If you're on the old rewards, then don't switch as that action cannot be reversed.

You would get the same for your referrals but your loyalty and autopay would be worse. Autopay is replaced by 5% in what you pay for renewals and add ons, so if you have a plan higher than 40 bucks you would actually get more $$$ value in points, but loyalty is a flat 10 points/bucks a year so for someone starting out at year one you actually make more on the new plan but by year 3 the old plan starts to pull far away from new reward ppl.
