Howdy, I'm thinking of buying one of the phones sold by Public Mobile on their website. Are these phones unlocked/unlockable?

All phones sold in Canada should be unlocked, or be unlockable.

Please do your research you probably will find better prices on  Amazon or eBay , but these come with 1 year warranty.
