I entered STOP in the promotional text by mistake, but I did not want to stop receiving promotional offers. Can I reverse this so I am not taken off the list?

For the heck of it, @stricklandbrian , try typing "Subscribe" or "Start" to the number you replied "Stop" to.
I'm guessing it was 4911.

I don't see why the support people cannot add you back to their number. The bot will be able to contact them for you. I see this link for help at the bottom of this website. https://www.publicmobile.ca/chatbot
