I'm on the 40/4 plan and tried to see actual price and plan details with koodo and it says my number is invalid. Getting the double shaft here

Yes I got a text message. I guess I'll wait and see what transpires. Or if I want to go drive an hour to change over to koodo..........

I tried on my phone. There's no kiosks around me. The whole reason I did public mobile. I live in a very rural area

Did you get the text message? If you did, I would imagine that is sufficient to take to kiosk. I would not do the migration online. Take it to a Koodo store or affiliate that sells Koodo plans. There is a bargaining opportunity as the store will get something for a new sign up. BTW, we have 30 days to act, so it might be worthwhile to sit tight for a few days to see if there is any response.

Try it on your cellphone or pad. it works for me. it doesn't work on pc. Don't know why.
