My promo code not working, I just want to change my subscription plan and add promo code. But it's not working, is there any way to contact them by phone?

Currently there are no promo code but if you referring to your Referral Code. Referral Code is for new activations so you can’t use it when you change from an existing plan.

did you just join and already want to change Subscription plan? you can try asking PM support agent to help
and for the Promo code, is that a friend's code? did you copy it correctly from your friend?
anyway for both you can submit a ticket with PM support agent and ask
