I've tried porting my number over from PC Mobile to Public Mobile, but whenever I enter my number and click 'check eligibility', I get the "We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance." message and can't go further.
I made sure to use a different email address from PC Mobile when I signed up. I've tried using different browsers and cleared my cache, but that hasn't solved the issue and am still getting the same message. I've pm'd a mod but that was 12 days ago and haven't received a response and am soon approaching the end of my first month with PM without service and am still paying PC mobile.
Can one of the mods please look into this and help me port my number over? And will my plan start date get updated to the day my service starts working?

I'm sorry for the delay in responding back to you as you might already know we are currently receiving a higher volume of requests than our usual.
Since we use the same system has PC Mobile and Koodo prepaid any ports coming from them cannot be completed through the self-serve portal or activation form it has to be done directly by us 😞
I was able to complete it for you, please reboot your phone and everything should be good to go 😉
