So I tried to transfer my number from a different provider and when I type in the number at PM app it says Number Not Valid. The previous provider plan is still active but it’s a prepaid plan at Lucky M. Not sure what to do. I currently have a temporary plan at PM and everything else works fine. The old number still works to text at Lucky.

Most numbers can be ported over from any carriers but there are a few numbers that you can’t port over.
Best to have a CS_Agent to look into this for you.
