Problem with new account- oops something went wrong

Hello. I set up my account a few days ago and everything seemed to work. At the end it showed an error message that said "ooops something went wrong. email us to get your account working". I got an email confirming everything and it looks good. My sim card is showing my new number on the phone. I cant make calls, text, or use data. When someone phones me it goes to voicemail.

Can someone help please

I experienced this yesterday.  

 

Yes contact the mods and then they confirmed and activated my account.  After that the network appeared to be done and so I was unable to fully activate my account etc until this morning as I was unable to receive text messages.  

 

All is good today.  Thanks for this thread as it helped me contact the mods.

Don't be too stressed.  You got a well-documented system bug.  The mods will be able to fix it for you.

Send a private message with
your phone number
sim card number
and your email address with detail explanation
they will get back to you when they can
