Hi there,
it’s more than 2 years that I bought a SIM card from public mobile but now when I want to login to my account from the app, it exactly goes to a page that ask me to subscribe a new plan or buy a new SIM card,while I already have one and using that.when I enter the number on my SIM card it says you have a active SIM card,and doesn’t let me to go through my account and manage my payment or usage ..I urgently need to have access to my account

When was the last time you login to your account?
If you have create a Eversafe ID yet. You need to create one by clicking on Sign Up and enter your registered email and password.

@Baharg what you see indicates the current EverSafe login is not properly linked with you My Account. You need support help to get that resolved
