Hi there,
What's going on guys? 3 days before i switch my service provider from chatr to public. I did the activation by myself not receiving incoming calls. I chat couple of times with simon raised a complaint got the ticket number. some one will be calling within 48 hours? No one called me yet? worst customer service its so much irritating

Are you porting over from other carrier?
If you are, did you reply to the SMS text that you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window for you to reply.
If you missed this step, contact the SIMon chat button by typing in create a ticket so the CSAgent will look into it.
If not porting over, try powering off the phone and wait a few minutes then power back on.

If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port.
Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.
Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services.
Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.
DID YOU - Leave the OLD provider SIM card in your phone to accept the PORT via SMS/text.
IF you missed this 90 minute window, you can submit another ticket with CSA:

**I will also send you the PORTING PHONE NUMBER to check on your port.
In the meantime, try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings

Check you out private messages using the envelop icon on the top right of this page.
1. Make sure your support ticket is in your SENT box.
2. Check your INBOX for CS-Agent reply.

no one will make call to you only by private message....
