Problem after payment

I Have paid 75$ and cannot use the phone. It tells me it is a long distance call when it is not. So i paid ans extra 8$ to have long distance call (200 minutes) and still does not wpr. Can anybody tell me what I can do to make it work or to stop everything and get reimbursed and go on with a company that has customer service.

1. Reboot your phone then ignore the message and see if the call goes through.

2. If that fails, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your SIM number, PM phone number and an explanation. Coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 7:30pm(EST).

3. If you were transferring from another provider, try your old SIM

4. Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
