Problem activating SIM… try again after 50 min?

I tried to go to previous page in my browser and I am getting the following error when I try to setup account .....The SIM number you’ve entered is currently reserved by another session. Please close all open browsers and try again after 50 mins.

 

  1. Does this generally resolve after 50 minutes or is there something else I can try?

@Spokeshave, generally a good idea when filling out forms, do not use the back button of the browser.  If it's provided, use the webpage's back button.

@SpokeshaveYes, most of the time. Also, clear your cache and maybe try incognito mode after ~ hour.
