Problem Error

while im in the section of <<Payment>> during opening an PM account, I have put my Visa information and after clicking Activate, it said : Unable to verify my credit card information blablabla... tried 3 times using different credit card and said the same thing.

HELP!

You are not the first to report a similar issue today. Wondering if the payments system is currently down?
