I had an issue with porting and sent a message to CS admin. They have not gotten back to me. Are they closed for business hours today? I need to get my phone sorted out.

I will concede I don't know the exact process involved with porting from PC Mobile but is related to telus formerly owning the postpaid side of the provider.
As far as koodo prepaid it's always been my understanding that the phone number is not ported but merely transferred from the koodo prepaid account to the pm account back end. Since the telus porting department does not have account access I don't understand how they can help with "porting" from koodo prepaid. Has something changed or have I misunderstood this process for the past 3 1/2 years?

The porting department could still help with porting from PC mobile or Koodo prepaid. The only restriction with porting from those two brands is how porting can't be done during the time of Public Mobile activation or from Self Serve.
