I switched over to PM recent and my phone was not ported over but my account was created. I have been reading the disscussion boards looking for a solution wait for a mod to help or some one to resolve my ticket... like many I would have been waiting.. but I went looking and this worked for me so I wanted to share it as it might work for you.
If you have an account and your number didnt port over you may want to try the following...
- Log into your account
- Go to Plans and addons there should be a tab for add phone
- Follow the steps, I would use the account number and the exact way your name is on the old provider. leave the other fields blank.
- This may not work for everyone but it worked for me so I thought I would share.
