Porting problem

My girlfriend signed up for PM. She did the application for porting. I believe she put the old phone number and PIN for required fields. It has been about 48 hrs and her number has still not been ported yet. When she calls me with her new phone, it is her old number. But when I call her, the phone rings on her old phone and not the new phone. How can we fix this? Thanks!

This definitely sounds like the port did not go through. Is it possible for you to send me her ported phone number and the account number associated ? (to her old service provider)

Hi Jason,

I understand how stressful is it for you and her. But the problem will be fixed once you send your girlfriend's personal information, in a private message, to Shazia_K or Mary_M. One of them will look into the issue. Welcome on board and I hope she will enjoy a better service now. Be patient.
