Porting problem

Since I ported in onSaturday, all sms, data network and even calls are not available.

I created tickets and left message to cs agent, but no response yet.

hi @hyeok 

did you remove the old sim card or disable old esim?

if you did and still does not work, even data, it is not a porting issue but a sim setup.
