Having a hard time porting my old. I have had my old provider re activate it so it can be ported. Not sure how to proceed now. @CS_Agent

To port your number, you will need to log into your self serve and go to change number. There it will ask if you want a new PM number or to port from a previous carrier. Select that, I have found Account number and name on that account is enough information for the port to complete.
