I tried porting my number from Fizz mobile. I got the text and accepted, I was told that my IMEI was wrong. I can make cake calls but cant recieve them. Please redo the tranfer. I cant even submit a ticket

Thank you for your reply! My account with Fizz is still active. The number seems like it has partially ported as I can make calls but cannot recieve them. I submitted a ticket with the account number and others

I ported 5 lines from Fizz and all of them seemed to ported ok, but 4 of them still cannot receive calls.. the last one did not send sms for the authorization to transfer, but the esim activated and seems to have the same number. I submitted a ticket askjng for the sms authorization process and after a couple of minutes they replied and activated the transfer. Once we confirmed the sms transfer the Fizz acct sent an email confirming deactivation of the acct. The other 4 accts have not deactivated yet so if your acct is still active it means the transfer is not complete yet
