I had my contact number with public mobile but now I want to port the contact number to Fido . Please help me how can I do that . I am not receiving the sms from PM . Please help me

Just so you know we are all customers here. You need to open a ticket to get pm to do anything.

Normally whatever company you porting the number to does all the work of transferring the number but if there having a problem getting pm to release it your going to haft to open a ticket. Us the orange text bubble on the bottom right.
