Porting number failed, stuck in the middle between Virgin and PM, Account locked out

Hi there, 

 

 

I hope you could help me with my situation now, it has been 12 days  since I activated my simcard and I could not receive any incoming call. Virgin still charge me for new month service and PM sim card doesn't receive any call and I cannot access to my account because it has been locked out.
