Porting my number from Public Mobile: @moderator_team

Hello, I was wondering where I can find my account number to port my number from Public Mobile to another carrier.

As well as being listed in your online self-service account, your Public Mobile is also listed within the activation e-mail that you received when you opened your account.  It at the top of the message and is in the "to" field where a person's name would usually be.

You can find it in your self service account portal.  You should see it in the top right hand corner of the screen after you log in.

When you sign in to selfserve, look at the top right corner, just under the logout button.  Your account number is there.
