Porting issue

Im porting from Rogers. It seems successful since Rogers account shows "cancelled" and Rogers sim card is not working any more. However after inserting pm sim card and rebooting, my phone shows no service. Cant make phone calls or send text msg. Is this a porting issue or set up issue.

It is not the porting, but the account/sim setup.  Ask PM support to help to refresh the account.

as Rogers sim is not working, the port was done

your problem is the sim card was not properly provisioned, you need to ask PM to help. 

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
