I am porting out my number and still have not received a text from public mobile for me to reply yes. Can anyone help? Thanks.

@Sharonkw Check with your new provider whether they have requested the transfer from PM. The new provider typically handles the porting.

Is the account still active,? Did you keep the Sim card in your phone?
