Hello, Im trying to port my number from Public to koodo mobile. I no longer have access to my public sim card and cant recieve the text. Is there any support for this issue?

The first step would be to make the porting request. The old carrier (Public Mobile) can manually approve the transfer and make it happen immediately, but the Public Mobile CSA would have to get this done within 90 minutes. The timing of that can be tricky as if the CSA doesn't authorize the transfer in time, number porting would fail.

@sophiabadzio If you don't have the PM SIM any more probably best to contact CS Agent to see if they can help you. Usually you need the PM SIM to confirm the text message but if you don't have the SIM you can't do that.

@sophiabadzio , issues with number porting are typically handled from the receiving end. So you will need to interface with Koodo. You would need to coordinate with acknowledging the port on this end via support ticket.
