promo not working

My credit card was compromised therefore my card was cancelled.  It happened to be on the day that I was billed for my phone.  My plan was on a promo, how do i reactivate with the promo applied?

You can reactivate your account by logging in reactivating and paying for the outstanding bill.  If the promo doesn't appear there, then contact CS Agent and they should be able to help. 

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

@AndreaW are you on the $55 plan with $20 off?  

 

you have to pay the full $55 to reactivate first, the the system will deposit $20 back to your account as Available Fund and it will be used towards your next renewal
