Hi,
I am trying to port from Zoomer to PM. I put in my IEM on the phone but it doesn't like it. The phone I am using is not the original phone I got from Zoomer. I got a text from PM saying that the transfer didn't go through because of an incorrect MEID and that they would contact me..... That was yesterday.
Any tips on how to get the transfer process restarted to get me from Zoomer to PM? Cheers!

@Slurpee873 Unfortunately, nobody from public mobile will ever contact you. Put back your roomer SIM card in your phone and I will give you the phone number through another message to call tomorrow to request the port again. This time, provide your account number instead.
