Public Mobile is giving me a problem porting a PC Mobile number.

Get in hold by the mods in public mobile and then call pc mobile and tell them you want to port your phone number, thats how porting a number usually works.

you need right account # and pin.
contact moderater team and explain to them your situation, ususally resolved 24-48hrs

According to this knowledge base article, moderator team support is needed to port from PC Mobile post paid.
